Information from Jon Thompson, Superintendent of the
Aplington-Parkersburg
School District:
An account has been established at the Lincoln Savings Bank in Aplington. Money directly specified for athletics and/or the students will go directly to their student programs. General donations at that bank will go to the Red Cross. If schools donate, make sure to attach a letter indicating your wishes that the money goes to the A-P Tornado Fund.
He states that they do not expect donations; thoughts and prayers are enough.
